Finalization of Trial balance and Preparation of Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement, Recording of General Vouchers. Maintenance of AP, AR Booking of Vendor Bills, Generation of Sales Invoice, Preparation of AP, AR ageing, Reconciliation of AP, AR, Bank Payments Bank Reconciliation. Preparation of Monthly/Annual Budget , Product/Customer level Revenue Budget, Expenses Budget. Monthly MIS Preparation of monthly MIS, Variance Analysis for Revenue, Cost, overhead and Profit as compared to Budget. Preparation of audit related schedule, Preparation of Financials, Liaising & coordinating with Auditor (Internal & External) for resolution of audit queries with respective department and taking corrective actions.
